Return Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

The STELLA AUREA team will only issue refunds under the following conditions:

• The buyer wishes to cancel and refund their order, and makes this request before the preorder period ends. Buyers may cancel their order but will not be refunded. Requests to refund an order will no longer be accepted after the preorder close deadline.
• An error was made on behalf of the STELLA AUREA team (e.g., incorrect address).

The STELLA AUREA team will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• The buyer changed their mind after receiving the purchased product.
• The product was sent to an incorrect or old address due to error on behalf of the buyer.
• Your order was shipped (i.e., given to the Post Office by our Shipping Mod) but tracking does not update.
• Your order was shipped (i.e., given to the Post Office by our Shipping Mod) but was lost or stolen.

DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS

If items are damaged or missing, please contact us via email within a week of receiving the package for replacements. Please note:

• Photographs may be requested depending on the buyer’s request.
• Replacement availability is dependent on stock and damage.
• Shipping for damaged items may or may not be covered by the project.

RESHIPPING PACKAGES

In the case where an order is returned to the STELLA AUREA team (due to an address error, failure to deliver, logistics on behalf of the shipping company, etc.), the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If there are re-delivery fees, the buyer will be responsible for them. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will only refund the value of the product.

Refund policies:

Any and all refunds will be made to the payment method that was used to purchase a product.
