SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries (e.g., the UK) will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

• In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the shopper, in addition to any customs brokerage fees. They will then bill the shopper and release the goods once paid.If the shopper refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant. Any customs or taxes that may apply to each order after shipping are to be handled and paid by the buyer.

All physical products (books and merch) displayed in our shop are pre-production, which means they will not be made to order until the pre-ordering phase is complete. We estimate that production will take up to 2 months before shipping can begin; however, this may be subject to delays. All shipping updates will be announced on our zine’s Twitter account.

The STELLA AUREA team is not responsible for any additional delays or fees once the product has been sent to the Post Office. All shipping options automatically include a tracking number.

UNSERVICEABLE COUNTRIES

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following countries at this time: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Haiti, Indonesia, Jamaica, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

If you purchase a bundle, we will have to refund you for all but the PDF costs. Should service to your country stop being available between purchase and shipment, we will contact you to discuss options.

PACKAGING

• Depending on the stretch goal items unlocked, and your choice of add-on items, your order will either be shipped inside a protective bubble mailer or a rigid cardboard box.

• To minimize damaged edges or scuffing, zine books will be encased in a plastic OPP bag or japanese wrapping paper, and prints will be secured within an envelope or inside the zine book.

• Orders including non-flat merch will utilize additional packaging to protect your items from sharp edges.

• Raised merchandise will be sealed in bags to prevent scratches against other items within your order.

• All acrylic items will have a layer of plastic to prevent scratching of its design; this plastic layer should be removed before use.

ADDRESS CHANGES

To update your shipping address, please email us at melmedardazine@gmail.com with:

• the name you placed your order under,
• order number, which can be found on your digital receipt, and
• your updated address

Before shipping begins, a last call for address updates will be emailed to all buyers. Buyers will have one week to update their addresses. After that week, changes to shipping addresses may not be made, and buyers will be responsible for reshipping their order.
